I LOVE these guys. They are the most awesome.
For school art. It took me about....5/6 hours in total, I would say. It's not the best but I think it looks quite nice. The paper I used didn't like me. At all. So here you go. Here is, as Dave calls them, a pepper pot! Aka Dalek. Oh, and sorry about the mixer arm. Got a bit bored there. Yeah, so, this might be the last you see of me for a while. I've been really busy with art work lately, and my exams are coming up. So I will be busy. Otherwise, I like this. It's a bit rough 'round the edges and hazy in places, but overall, the technique is rather interesting. I like the fact that it's practically lineless because it creates a very strong piece, as it's easy to define within lines- but without? Much harder. And I think you've pulled that off very nicely because it's most recognisably a pepper pot, I mean, Dalek.
On that note, I love the little light casings on it's head. They look so carefully detailed and beautifully shaded, it's a shame they don't have lights in them already! That would've looked cool! Well, more so, because this already looks good.

I know it is, deary, the paper was awful.
Thank you lotses. I'm trying to make my drawings less lined so that it looks more realish. In graphite, that is.
